The rooms were really nice, with air conditioning and an en suite, but the first room I got was too small for the number of beds; I had to upgrade to get a more suitable one. The service was calm and patient, speaking multiple languages, but there was an unfortunate incident where the staff kicked the door open at 4 am over a technicality costing me nearly 50 euros. The location wasn't as close to the city center as I expected, but it was in a wonderful part of Amsterdam, surrounded by trendy cafes and pubs.
