Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a convenient location, but the rooms are too small for a large group and suffer from cigarette smoke. Despite the high cost, I could get better value at a different hotel.
The hotel is in a great central location with interesting surroundings, although the room cleanliness and space are not ideal. The service was a mix of nice and unfriendly encounters, and the dining options were minimal. However, the park opposite is a nice perk.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were really nice, with air conditioning and an en suite, but the first room I got was too small for the number of beds; I had to upgrade to get a more suitable one. The service was calm and patient, speaking multiple languages, but there was an unfortunate incident where the staff kicked the door open at 4 am over a technicality costing me nearly 50 euros. The location wasn't as close to the city center as I expected, but it was in a wonderful part of Amsterdam, surrounded by trendy cafes and pubs.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with very friendly staff and a great price point. However, some areas need improvement in terms of cleanliness and food policies. The location provides a nice balance between centrality and a peaceful neighborhood vibe.
